Let us
"pre-arrange"
your dinner out:
When a Gentleman pre-arranges a
dinner out for his lady,
she and he are treated like royalty!
We take your dinner information, make your reservation, order
your preferences and arrange with your server to take special care in
serving you. When you arrive, you are seated and served. Others
around you will wonder, "Who are these people that they get such
special treatment?" We must guarantee your server a 20% minimum
gratuity and pre-arrange everything with the restaurant management.
Add a bouquet of flowers, bottle of wine and a limousine ride,
you have a perfect romantic evening!
Everyone in this area knows about Patti's Settlement, a great
place to spend at least a half-a-day, not only eating a fine meal, but
shopping as well. Equally as good, you will find the Brass Lantern
restaurant a wonderful place to eat. They have a small gift shop and
Aurora has other shops as well.

Parking for Boats, Motorcycles & RV Parking:
Do you
own your own Bass Boat, Ski Boat, Jet Skis, Pontoon Boat, or
Four-Wheeler? We have ample parking for your trailer and rig. Our
driveway is paved asphalt and under the grass that surrounds our paved
parking area is a layer of hardened gravel, safe to park your rig. Our
garage is at your service for parking your motorcycles. We are certain
that our Chrysler Sebring Convertible will not mind the company. For
longer rigs, our driveway connects with our neighbor's and guests can
continue to exit without having to turn around in tight spaces.

Land Between the Lakes
Activities (We Highly Recommend):
Since it’s formation in the
early fifties, the LBL Wildlife Refuge & Recreational Area has been a
continuous bustle of activity and entertainment. Guests can picnic in
the LBL in numerous locations, view wildlife, drive through the
Buffalo & Elk pen, visit the Planetarium, spend a day, or more at our
favorite, The 1850's Home-place, a reconstructed authentic ‘working
farm’ where the residents don period costumes and play the roles of
Ma, Pa, Son and the rest of a real family living life in the
mid-1800's. Visiting The Home-place is an educational experience as
well as entertaining. Children learn and play games from the era.
Every visitor gets to see seasonal chores and projects, from curing
country ham and bacon, to building fences, or a new out-building. We
have watched them split Cedar shingles, hew logs for building a house
and churn butter in an antique churn.
A day at The Home Place is an
enjoyable experience.
The Home Place is about forty
minutes from Aire Castle Inn.
